Members of Executive Team are the leaders of the following divisions: Academic Affairs, Administration & Finance, Institutional Development Advancement, Marketing & Communications Alumni Relations, Enrollment Management, Human Resources, Office of the President, Institutional Effectiveness & Strategic Initiatives, and Student Development. The group meets with the President weekly to set both short term and long-term policy and strategy for the College. At the beginning of the academic year, each member develops an annual agenda and goals for the offices within his/her division. Action items and notes are distributed to members.

Other members include the Coordinators of Accessibilty Resources and Veterans Affairs, Registrar, faculty from each academic division, adjunct faculty and representatives from AFSCME and Student Government. This group meets monthly to share information via presentations and reports. A report is distributed to the entire community afterwards.
