MassBay offers associate degree programs that prepare you to transfer into bachelor’s degree programs in Human Services, as well as certificate programs that prepare you for today's workforce. Our graduates enter meaningful careers in a variety of settings in human services and behavioral health including residential and community outreach services, education, recovery, case management, social justice and more, supporting people from diverse and vulnerable populations.

Jennifer Cullen

Jennifer Cullen, MSW, LICSW is an Assistant Professor in the Human Services Department, with specialties in Addiction and Behavioral Health. She has been at MassBay since 2020 and is passionate about educating and supporting students who will become members of the local behavioral health and addiction services workforces. She has nearly ten years of education and experience in clinical social work, in both non-profit organizations and the private sector, and has provided treatment services in a variety of residential, correctional, and outpatient settings.

Elizabeth Watson, M.Ed.

Faculty

Full-time faculty member in the Human Service department. She has worked at the college in various roles for 10+ years including continuing education, grants and workforce partnerships. Her undergraduate degree in psychology with a concentration in human services led to opportunities working with children and adults with various abilities and developing professional training for those in the field.
