The Office of Institutional Effectiveness

Working with the President and College leadership, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness reports data to the state and federal governments, responds to data requests from internal and external audiences, conducts surveys of faculty, staff, and students, and coordinates the College’s accreditation process. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness includes Institutional Research; provides support for institutional level assessment, program review, and accreditation; and works to provide data and analyses in support of the College’s mission and goals.

Reports from our Office

From an economic impact perspective, we calculated that MassBay generates
a total economic impact of $142.7 million in total added income for the regional
economy, which is equivalent to supporting 1,794 jobs.
