Welcome to the Division of Student Development, where we are dedicated to supporting your growth and success inside and outside the classroom.  Our commitment to inclusion ensures that every student is respected, valued and belongs at MassBay.  Through our services such as Academic Advising, Career Services, Student Engagement, Athletics, Counseling Services and a wide array of student supports, we strive to create an environment that allows each student to individually reflect upon themselves and their journey. We believe in respecting students' individuality and perspectives, while empowering them to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Financial Resources

Information about your financial aid awards, determining eligibility, satisfactory academic progress, disbursement of funds, award guide, etc.

Students who voluntarily withdraw from course(s) or the College are granted a refund or reduction of tuition and fees according to a specific schedule

Every semester, the MassBay Foundation awards thousands of dollars in scholarships, thanks to generous donors, to help students achieve their academic goals

The Student Accounts Office collects tuition and fees, and disburses financial aid and other funds owed to students

Applications available for supplemental support regarding, food, transportation, textbooks, single mother grants and technology

Health & Wellness Resources

Counseling Services is a free and confidential resources to help students over interpersonal, emotional and psychological barriers to academic success.

Massachusetts State Law requires health insurance for all students carrying nine (9) or more credit hours.  

Information on how to submit your student immunization records for students under 30 years of age taking 12 more credits.
