Division of Health Sciences Student Handbooks

All Health Sciences students are required to submit health and immunization documentation and clear CORI and SORI criminal history checks prior to the start of their Health Sciences program. Most Health Sciences students are also required to have Basic Life Support CPR certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Additional Handbook Information

The Division of Health Sciences Student Handbook and Policy Manual provides the framework for your experience as a student in Health Sciences. A copy of the current handbook will be provided to each student. The main section of the Handbook includes policies that apply to all students, such as:

  • Mission and Goals
  • Accreditation Information
  • Attendance
  • Professional Behavior
  • Dismissal and readmission
  • Health and Immunization requirements

Health Sciences students are expected to be familiar with and abide by these policies. Each program has its own addendum to the Division of Health Sciences Handbook. An addendum typically includes the program outcomes, schedule, and policies.
