Program Overview

MassBay's associate degree in Psychology/Sociology opens a world of possibilities. Students who complete an associate degree can transfer to 4-year baccalaureate programs in psychology and sociology, seek entry level positions in the field of Psychology/Sociology, or use the degree as a foundation for any major or career. All courses within the program are also offered online making it possible for students who have family, work, and other commitments to complete the degree asynchronously.

Olivia Philips, MassBay Student

“I 100% believe that the foundations MassBay has given me will be more than enough to help me pursue my degree at a 4-year college. I think community college is what you make of it as a student. MassBay is full of resources and opportunities meant to assist you in your journey of education and can prepare you for the next step, but you have to take the initiative and be willing to apply yourself in order to gain all that you can.”
