Welcome to the MassBay Family!
Dear MassBay Families & Friends,
Now that your student has enrolled at MassBay Community College, you too are a member of our community. At MassBay, we view the relationship we have with our students’ families and friends as a partnership; one created to help your student be successful. It is our goal to nurture that relationship by keeping you well-informed, because we sincerely believe that when you are informed, your student will benefit.
We welcome you to contact us if you have questions.

As a family member or friend of a new MassBay student, you’re also a member of the MassBay family. Our Family Orientation is an optional program for parents, guardians, spouses, or other supportive individuals of new MassBay students. This program will offer advice on how you can support your college student, acquaint you with MassBay resources available to maintain student success, and introduce you to some of the people at MassBay who work with students. You will also have a chance to ask questions.
