Roberta Allison

Prior to teaching at MassBay, Roberta taught for many years at the Roger Saunders School of Hospitality Management at Newbury College. She garnered her industry experience working at Legal Sea Foods, Restaurant Associates, and the Sheraton Boston Hotel. She started her own small mystery shopping company, Incognito Shoppers, which specialized in assessing hotel and restaurant venues. During the summer months, she leads historic culinary walking tours through Cambridge and Boston. Her claim to fame is having run the Boston Marathon 15 times and completing an eight-mile open water swim in the Boston Harbor.
