Career Services partners with various employers to provide STEM students with an opportunity to be mentored by professionals in the STEM fields. This collaboration establishes and facilitates one-on-one mentoring relationships as well as provides substantive, skills-based, STEM-oriented, transfer and networking programs throughout the year. The focus is on helping to define career paths, discussing internships/job opportunities, and possible 4-year college transfer applications. Other activities involve job shadowing, attending networking events together, and providing advice about course selection. Employer partnerships include Sanofi, MathWorks, ABI-LAB, Synspira Therapeutics and more. The program is funded by Sanofi, ABI-LAB, MathWorks, and STEM Starter Academy.
