Filing a Student Code of Conduct Complaint for a Non-Academic Complaint
Non-Academic violations include any behavior that is not related to an allegation of cheating or plagiarism. Any member of the MassBay community may file a complaint when a student allegedly violates the MassBay Student Code of Conduct. A report should be submitted as soon after the incident to ensure an accurate recollection, as well as prompt response.

Filing an Affirmative Action Complaint
Any individual wishing to file an Affirmative Action complaint to initiate an investigation of alleged discrimination, discriminatory harassment, gender-harassment, retaliation, sexual harassment, or sexual violence (including, sexual assault and stalking) pursuant to the Policy on Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity and Diversity should visit Equity Compliance.

Filing an Academic Dishonesty Complaint
MassBay faculty may file an academic dishonesty complaint for students who may have allegedly cheated or plagiarized in an academic setting. General classroom misbehavior is considered a non-academic violation.
