Request Transcript

Current and former MassBay students may order official transcripts online for $3.50 each through Parchment, our authorized transcript provider. Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy to the institution or individual you designate. Tracking capabilities are included in Parchment processing.

For the best experience when ordering transcripts, Chrome and Firefox are the preferred browsers for Parchment.

To make a request, you will need to create a Parchment account.

• If you are the student: Click on the "Ordering your own credentials or academic records" section at the top of the page and follow the provided instructions.
• If you are a third party making the request on behalf of the student: Click on the "Ordering on behalf of someone else" section at the top of the page and follow the provided instructions.

Looking for an Unofficial Transcript?

Current Students: You can print an unofficial transcript through your Bay Navigator account by selecting the Academic Records & Grades tile and choosing View Unofficial Transcript.

Former Students: If you are no longer an active student, you may request an unofficial transcript by completing the MassBay Transcript Request Form. Your transcript can be sent via email or mailed as a hard copy.
