All clubs now have a Microsoft Teams platform created for virtual collaboration. As students join clubs, they are added to the respective Teams. Teams enables file sharing to keep everyone updated on club activities. We recommend enabling notifications for each club to stay informed about updates. Club leaders can create channels for different projects or subgroup discussions. Teams integrates with Microsoft applications like Forms for added customization. Meetings: Club leaders can schedule meetings directly through Teams, with all members able to join. Meetings sync with Outlook calendars for easy scheduling. Meeting times are also posted on the club website for students interested in attending.
Accessing Teams: Once added to a Team, access it anytime through your Microsoft account.
- Download Teams for desktop, iOS, or Android.
- Access online via your OneLogin Page; search for Teams and use the tile to manage all your Teams. Don't forget to enable notifications for each group.
