Welcome to the Facilities Department at MassBay Community College.

Faculty & Staff

Follow the instructions below to log in:

Open your internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) Navigate to https://massbay.gofmx.com/login
Click on Submit a Maintenance Request button.
Enter your MassBay Email address and your password.
Click the Sign In button to log in to FMX.

Any open work orders that are in the existing work order system will remain open until completed.
