Working with Dr. Jamie Washington, a national expert on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), a group of faculty and staff have developed four interactive seminars for students.
Called “Conversations that Matter”, each seminar will teach key concepts and issues of DEI. In addition to being an important graduation competency here at MassBay, fluency in DEI issues and dynamics is an important skill in the larger world beyond college. We want our students to leave MassBay having a deep understanding of DEI and ready to advocate for DEI issues in society.
All Conversations will take place virtually on Webex. Invitations with the link will be sent following registration.
