Support MassBay Scholarships

Scholarships often make the difference between a student completing their studies or having to drop out. MassBay offers more than 50 scholarships with criteria including:

• Food insecurity
• An emergency fund for unanticipated, unavoidable expenses
• Small balance fund, enabling students to pay bills owed to MassBay and to register for classes
• First person in their family to attend college
• Immigrants
• Academic achievements and leadership
• Much more

In fiscal year 2021, MassBay awarded 401 total scholarships totaling $362,817. But we need your help. Due to limited funds, we were only able to award 18.7% of the applications we received.

Donors: How to Endow a Scholarship

With your donation, you can support an existing scholarship or begin a new one. A $10,000 donation will endow a scholarship, enabling you to decide the name, parameters, and criteria.

Foundation Awards and Donor Appreciation

Each year we gather to celebrate our inspirational MassBay scholarship recipients and the generous donors who make the MassBay Foundation Scholarship program possible. In April 2021, this event was held virtually, highlighted by two candid conversations with students.
