Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) programs provide you with the academic background and training you need to pursue a bachelor’s degree, or to immediately launch a career in technology or science fields.

Our graduates have transfered to top bachelor of science programs at Boston University, UMass Lowell, UMass Boston, Wellesley College, with many continuing to earn their advanced degrees.
STEM Programs
MassBay offers six-month certificate programs and two-year associate degree programs in the growing fields of Biotechnology, Environmental Sciences, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. STEM degrees allow graduates to go directly into a Career or Transfer to 4-Year Colleges. Online Study Available.

MassBay Provides a Supportive Environment to Enter Your Dream Career
STEM Starter Academy — a program to newly accepted STEM students to brush up on their Math skills. This happens for two weeks every summer, and not only is it FREE, you are PAID for your time. Meet your fellow students and get familiar with campus.
STEM Mentor Program and the Multicultural Mentor Program. Pair up with major STEM professionals from Massachusetts’ booming, world-class technology corporations.
MassBay offers an excellent collection of scholarships, grants, and financial aid.
Cybersecurity
If you are trained in the field of Cybersecurity, you can get good jobs world-wide! MassBay has state-of-the art labs funded by major grants, and is the venue for the annual Information Security Summit.
