Panelist Biographies
Dr. Marshaun Glover, Psychologist
Dr. Glover is a licensed clinical psychologist in Boston, Massachusetts with over 11 years experience working and studying in the field of mental health. In his private practice, Dr. Glover uses strategies that focus on changes our beliefs that contribute to the challenges we face. Dr. Glover uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in a structured and dynamic way that welcomes feedback about how people are experiencing the process of healing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Albany State University and a Master’s and Doctorate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Dr. Glover is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration at Babson F.W. Olin School of Business.
Emily McElman, Senior Recruiter
Ms. McElman is a Senior Recruiter at Advocates. She recruits for entry level Direct Service roles, Nursing, BA Level roles, MA Clinicians, and Psychiatrists. Ms. McElman graduated from Worcester State in May 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and then started working at Advocates in September 2013 as a Direct Care Staff. Throughout her career at Advocates, Ms. McElman has worked in the following roles Direct Care Counselor, Senior Direct Care Counselor, Senior Outreach Clinician, Recruiter, and Senior Recruiter.
