Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33)
The Post-9/11 GI Bill can be transferred to a family member while the service member is still on active duty. Request to transfer, change, or revoke Transfer of Entitlement (TOE) through milConnect.
Once the DoD approves the TOE, you can apply online or by mail.
